Tell me about yourself

AI that helps you get jobs across the globe.

Give one interview to our AI agent. We share it with hiring teams across our network.

  • Walk me through your last role
  • A customer you turned around
  • The month you missed your target
  • Your toughest support call
  • Your busiest week, short-staffed
  • A deadline you nearly missed
  • The gap on your CV
  • Where do you want to be next year?

Practice. Record. We do the rest.

  1. Practice like it's real

An AI interviewer asks the questions your kind of work brings. Your camera is on so the nerves show up, but practice is never recorded. You get a report in minutes.

  2. Record The One

Same room, recording on. Two takes a month, and a take that breaks from tech trouble never counts. Your report tells you when it's strong enough to send.

  3. We take it to the teams

We work to put your interview and score in front of teams hiring for roles like yours. The higher you score, the sooner teams see you. Nothing is shared until you approve it.

Same room. Two switches.

The app tells you which one you are walking into, every time.

Practice

The room where dropping the ball is free.

  • Camera on, so it feels real. Nerves, pauses, eye contact. You rehearse the whole thing.
  • Never recorded. Nothing is saved and nothing can be shared. Enforced on our servers.
  • A report in minutes. What worked, what to fix, how to say it better next round.
  • Starts free. Add your CV or a job description for sharper questions. Both optional.
The One

The take that goes to hiring teams.

  • Recorded, on purpose. This is the interview hiring teams will watch.
  • Two takes a month, every plan. Enough to get it right, few enough that it stays your best.
  • A broken take never counts. If tech trouble cuts you off, you keep the take.
  • Nothing moves without you. We ask before your interview goes to any team.

What the half hour feels like

Real questions from working life, a patient interviewer, and room to warm up. Six moments from inside the interview.

  • The opener

    Coach

“Let's start easy. Walk me through your last role, in whichever language feels natural.”

    You said:
Can I answer in my own language?
    Coach

    Of course. Go ahead.”

  • The angry customer

    Coach

“A customer is shouting about a refund you can't give. What do you say first?

    You said:
I let them finish. Then I say what I can do.
  • The rush

    Coach

“Two people call in sick in your busiest week. What do you protect first?

    You said:
The customers in front of me. Everything else waits.
  • The numbers question

    Coach

“You said your team beat target twice. Which month are you proudest of, and why?

    You said:
The one nobody thought we'd make.
  • The gap

    You said:
I took a year off to care for my father.
    Coach

“Thank you for telling me. Let's talk about what you picked back up first.

  • The last word

    Coach

“Anything you want a hiring team to know that a CV can't show?

    You said:
Give me a hard week and I'll show you.

You'll always know where things stand.

Most interviews end in silence. Yours will not. Once your interview is ready, we work to put it in front of the right hiring teams, and the app tells you what happens, view by view.

Frequently asked questions

Do I apply to the roles I see here?

No. There is nothing to apply to, here or anywhere on this site. The roles you see are the kinds of roles we interview for. You give one interview, and it counts for every role that fits you. We work to take it to the teams hiring for them.

Is it free?

Recording is free. You can practice and record your interview without paying anything.

Is practice recorded?

Never. Your camera is on so it feels like the real thing, but nothing is saved and nothing can be shared. This is enforced on our servers, so a bad practice day cannot follow you anywhere.

What does a hiring team see?

Your video, your score, and your strongest moments. Your practice rounds, weaker takes, and coaching notes stay private, always.

What if my take goes badly?

Warm up with practice rounds first, then record. You get two takes a month, and a take that breaks from tech trouble never counts against you.

Is the interviewer a real person?

No, it's an AI interviewer, and we tell you that up front. It runs the same fair, structured interview every time, built by a team with years of real screening experience.

Which language is the interview in?

Whichever you're strongest in. You'll see the full list and make your choice before you start.

Can I interview from anywhere?

Yes. You practice and give your interview from wherever you are, on your phone. Hiring teams watch it the same way, wherever they are. If a job means moving, the visa and the move are between you and the team that wants you.

What happens after I record?

Your interview gets a score. We work in the background to find teams hiring for roles like yours and put your interview and score in front of them. Higher scores get seen first. We ask you before anything goes to anyone, and the app tells you when it is watched.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, any time. Deleting your takes and your profile is permanent.

One good take. We take it from there.

Free to record. No CV needed to start. Two takes a month. Use this month's.
